Cara Memasang Pompa Air

Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebelum memasang sendiri pompa air adalah :

1. Ketahui jenis pompa airnya.
ada beberapa jenis pompa air diantaranya,
-Pompa sumur dangkal non otomatis / otomatis.
-Pompa sumur dalam (jet pump) non otomatis / otomatis
2. Peletakan pompa.
yang harus diperhatikan adalah bahwa semua pompa mempunyai 2 hal dalam mendistribusikan air, yaitu
menghisap air kemudian memancarkan air. Untuk jenis jenis pompa sentrifugal (yang menggunakan kipas)
biasanya mempunya spesifikasi sebagai berikut :
-Daya listrik : (dalam watt/Kw)
-Daya hisap : maximum =9 meter atau dalam teori daya hisap maximum pompa adalah 1 atm (atmosfere)
=10,4 meter , tetapi pada kenyataanya jarang pompa yang bisa menghisap pada kondisi maximum, maka
sebaiknya letakkan pompa kurang dari 9 meter dari permukaan air.
-Daya Pancar, biasanya berbanding lurus dengan kekuatan daya (watt) pompa. dan berbanding terbalik
dengan penampang diameter saluran (pipa). semakin besar daya pompa maka akan semakin tinggi daya
pancarnya, begitu juga apabila saluran outletnya pipa diperkecil.
-Kapasitas (liter per menit, lt/m) akan dipengaruhi oleh peletakan pompa dan daya / kekuatan pompa.

untuk otomasi pompa ada beberapa macam

-dengan limit switch pressure yang dipasang pada tabung bertekanan yang dihubungkan dengan saluran pengeluaran sehingga jika keran ditutup maka tekanan pada tabung akan naik sehingga elektrik switch akan terputus.
-dengan elektrik limit switch pada tandon air, ini dapat menggunakan tekanan pada tandon air ataupun menggunakan sensor ketinggian air dalam tandon.

untuk jenis pompa sumur dalam (jet pump) sebenarnya daya hisapnya sama dengan pompa-pompa air lainnya yaitu teorinya =10,4 meter 1 atm, tetapi implentasinya mesin pompa jet pump bukan di disain untuk menyedot air tetapi lebih pada mendorong air dengan mengatur sirkulasi air sedemikian rupa sehingga air yang didorongkan dari impeller pompa disirkulasikan ke bawah  mendekati pipa hisap yang berada di bawah permukaan air kemudian dialirkan lagi ke atas melalui percepatan nozzle sehingga membawa (mendorong) air di dalam pipa hisap ke atas. Dengan demikian letak mesin pompa tidak tergantung dengan kedalaman air, tetapi yang menjadi faktor terpenting adalah kekuatan/daya mesin pompa tersebut

Grundfos Pump - NK, NKG, NKE, NKGE

Grundfos NK/NKG pumps are used in water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), irrigation and process industries.
Grundfos end-suction pumps are multi-purpose pumps suitable for a variety of different applications requiring reliable and cost-efficient supply. End-suction pumps are used in five main areas of application: water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), and irrigation.

The pumps are all non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft. The Grundfos NK/NKG range comprises a complete series of long-coupled pumps that comply fully with either EN733 or ISO2858. The pumps are of the back pull-out design, enabling removal of the motor, coupling, bearing bracket and impeller without disturbing the pumps housing or pipework. Even the largest pumps can thus be serviced by one person with a crane. The ISO2858 range of pumps are available with a bearing life of 100,000 hours, and can be fitted with double seals. They available in a stainless steel version as an option.

Kelebihan Jenis Pompa Submersible

Dari beberapa macam dan jenis-jenis pompa air, jenis pompa submersible didesain dan dirancang khusus dan berbeda dengan jenis pompa lainnya. Cara peletakkan pompa submersible yang di dalam air ternyata memiliki beberapa efek menguntungkan. Beberapa kelebihan pompa submersible yaitu:
  1. Secara tata letak, penggunaan pompa submersible lebih praktis karena penempatannya berada di dalam sumur
  2. Tidak bising karena berada di dalam air maka suara bising pompa diredam oleh cairan
  3. Pompa tidak mudah panas. Cairan (air) memiliki kecenderungan memiliki suhu yang relatif dingin dan stabil. Karena keberadaan pompa di dalam air, maka pompa submersible tidak mudah panas
  4. Sistem pompa submersible tidak menggunakan shaft penggerak yang panjang dan bearing, jadi permasalahan yang biasa terjadi pada pompa permukaan (Jet Pump) seperti bearing dan shaft yang aus, tidak terjadi pada pompa submersible.

SEKILAS TENTANG POMPA AIR TENAGA SURYA.Sistem Pompa Air Tenaga Surya (PATS)

Yang dikembangkan oleh Alpen Steel terdiri dari pompa air, alat kontrol elektronik, dan solar panel.

Sejak ditemukannya pada tahun1941, solar panel sudah terbukti dapat berfungsi dengan baik hingga jangka waktu 25 tahun dibawah cuaca panas maupun hujan.
PATS sangat dapat diandalkan dan tidak ada perawatan khusus yang harus dilakukan, karena sistem ini tidak menggunakan baterai sebagai media penyimpanan energi. Maka, selama matahari bersinar pompa ini akan terus mengeluarkan air, untuk itu sebaiknya dibuatkan bak penampungan air sehingga pada saat matahari tidak bersinar kebutuhan air bersih akan tetap dipasok dari bak penampungan yang diletakkan diatas tower. Sumber airnya dapat diambil dari sumur gali, sumur bor 4″, mata air, dll.
Untuk menentukan kapasitas pompa yang sesuai, maka harus diketahui terlebih dahulu kebutuhan air per hari dan ketinggian air akan didorong (head).

Tsurumi Pump - Submersible NH

Tsurumi-NH-series is a cast iron made, submersible wastewater pump utilizing 2-pole
motor. This impeller is a shrouded two-channel impeller. Each channel is
designed to have a larger area and it enables the pump to be suitable for
pumping wastewater containing a certain size of solids. The pumps are available in six
motor sizes ranging from 1.5 to 7.5kW and available in either High-Head or High-Volume Type

1. Anti-wicking Cable Entry

An anti-wicking block is provided at the cable entry
Tsurumi-NH-Cablesection of the motor chamber. Even if the cable jacket
becomes damaged or the tip of the cable is accidentally
immersed in water, this device prevents water from traveling
into the motor chamber through capillary action.

2. Motor Protector

A built-in thermal motor protection device reacts to the excessive heat
caused by overcurrent or run-dry conditions. It not only cuts off the
motor circuit automatically but also resets by itself. When the motor
cools down to a safe operating temperature, the motor restarts

3. Dual Inside Mechanical Seal

A mechanical seal with dual seal faces containing silicon carbide (SiC)
is equipped with the oil chamber. As both upper and lower sealing
faces are lubricated by the oil only, it ensures a longer life of the
product and a stable sealing effect.

4. Oil Lifter (Patented)

Tsurumi-NH-OilThe Oil Lifter is a lubricating device that forcibly lubricates the mechanical
seal. It further stabilizes the functions of the mechanical seal and
extends the life expectancy of the seal and also the maintenance term.

5. Air Release Valve

In order to prevent “air lock”, an air release valve is built in the pump
casing. The valve is similar to a ball check valve. When air goes
through the valve, the ball stays at the bottom, but when the pumped
water starts to flow, it closes the outlet by its buoyancy.

6. Seal Pressure Relief Port (5.5 & 7.5kW only)

A small chamber is provided between the oil seal and the shaft hole of
the pump casing, and this chamber is led to the outside by this hole.
With this device, the pumping pressure does not act on the mechanical
seal. The mechanical seal is protected from over rated limit.

 

Guide Rail Fitting System

The guide rail fitting system connects the pump to and

pump, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without
the need to enter the sump.
